This is the newest variation of our “Springtime” series. Pilsner, wheat, oats, and honey malt create a soft malt backbone able to withstand mounds of aromatic hops, all added in the whirlpool and two dry hop additions. French Saison yeast ferments the beer to a bone dry finish and adds some tropical fruity esters which work with the El Dorado and Motueka hops to create flavors and aromas of pineapple, kiwifruit, and lime zest. Close your eyes, take a sip, and be transported to the lost city of gold.
